Inclusive Grounds is the coffee. Behind it sit two organisations doing the same work in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
One mission
Two names, one mission
Coffee Inclusive is the café and roastery where our team is trained, employed and paid a fair wage. It grew out of PA Inclusive’s work building real employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the region. Inclusive Grounds is the coffee those roasters make — and the shop you are standing in.
Every bag carries the same line on the back: every bag of Inclusive Grounds coffee helps create meaningful employment and training opportunities, helping staff with developmental and intellectual disabilities to work, contribute, and thrive in their communities.

Julius roasts our most popular coffee and has been with the roastery since the beginning. Opportunity carries his name on every bag.

This roastery is Matthew’s first job. He learned the roaster, then the pour, and now Possibilities goes out under his name.
